Last night was lawl. We killed Thana 5 times (1 time I was dead when it died, 1 time got ressed just in time, 2 times just random and 1 kill for me ^.^ Got my morrigane's manteau too, now mah set is complete - Set that only 3 persons on Gaia has) in a row, summoned him as soon as he was summonable. Then sleep for few hours till he was summonable again, woke up and killed him. Back to sleep xP Repeat 5 times. Sleepy now.
My stalker is scary. Overdamaging 3 sinxs and pwning Thanatos 4 times out of 8 ^.^
We're having inverted rates on atm, 3/3/5 instead of normal 5/5/3 and I've still got my stalker from lvl 90 to 94 with only Thanatos. Win?

lol XD try setting multiple alarms to slightly different imtes and putting them in different places in your room. It works for me.
mmmmm there's a place for my tabletop RPG based ranting. I'm excited to announce that the booby trap on my bedroom at HQ was triggered this game. During the first adventure I participated in, I got a slight case of radiation poisoning which caused half of my fur to fall out (catgirl, remember?). Being bored, creative, and faintly sadistic as I am I decided to make a trap out of it just because I can. This trap has been sitting there on the other side of my door (I have a bypass mechanism of course) for months (ingame, and real time).
You remember crazy mushroom man from last time? He's overly curious so he went around our entire HQ looking inside every room. as soon as the player declared that, I reminded the GM and he was like "ohhh! lol yeah... *tells the player to make some rolls to avoid something* oooh that doesn't make it. Go ahead and tell him." When I finally went and flat out told him I said "Okay, instead of being tarred and feathered, you've been glued and furred." I don't think I stopped laughing for 5 minutes straight. My trap was only the beginning.
Apparently having glue splashed all over you and having a bunch of fur thrown in your face is uncomfortable and startling, so he activates his first line of defense. He randomly throws out a cloud of toxic mushroom spores. This does almost nothing (for now at least). At the same time he stumbles backward into the wall behind him where there was apparently a moose head decoration. Naturally, as humor demands this falls when he hits the wall and it sticks to the top of his head. So now there's a top-heavy furry blue mushroom man stumbling around on the second floor of our mansion XD Next he almost falls down the stairs, but he got a really nice die roll so he just did some slapstick tumbles and ended up safely at the bottom.
About this time, one of those spirits he can see starts laughing at him so he flips it off. It was a disgruntled spirit to begin with, so it decides to possess the stuffed moose head. The moose starts screaming and grunting and the mushroom guy stumbles out the front door. This is when people actually see what's going on. (everybody else was outside). My character joins me in my suffocating laughter fits and some commoner NPCs start screaming about a monster. I literally can't stop laughing at the furry mushroom man with a possessed moose on his head long enough to explain that they shouldn't lynch the "two headed moose beast" (even if I really wanted to). Fortunately about this time an NPC druid shows up, calms the mob down, and takes the moose off his head.
Next they tried to wash the fur off >3 I just used whatever glue I found lying around when I build the trap. Apparently I grabbed the good stuff because it was waterproof. Unfortunately the mushroom spores were fine enough that not all of them got trapped in the glue so several people randomly got dosed with hallucinogenic mushroom spores XD. After the druid scolds the mushroom for intentionally splashing everyone with trippy water she asks what's up with the moose head. The mushroom tries a simple banishment (I think) but rolls a natural 1 (out of 100) This indicates a botch, so the DM rolls on the botch tables and ends up with the "spell internalizes" result. He bound this spirit to himself accidentally. A few seconds later the DM realizes something (hey, you're a mushroom!) so now we have a mini-mushroom-man growing out of the other mushroom's shoulder. It's loud and sarcastic and somehow ended up the same color as my fur (which isn't a normal mushroom color). Supposedly it'll be mature in a month and become a new mushroom man. I give the following odds for what happens to him:
40% he becomes an NPC in town
20% someone decides to play him as a player character
20% something else goes wrong and he gets stuck to our mushroom guy longer
10% The spirit escapes and leaves
5% the spirit escapes and stays
5% the spirit dies in the next adventure before budding off

One of the funniest parts is that all this never would have happened if I hadn't gotten a laser pistol and decided to test it out by shooting open another crate of loot with it XD
