ok, so the plan is that on a given signal (an imitated bird call), the people with ranged weapons attack, then the melees move in front so the ranged attackers don't get charged. After that you'll attack as needed. I'll roll initiative when I have time. Gotta go to my next class now.

okay!! time to break out the dice /gg The turn order is as follows...
1st Rhonal: 21
2nd Hadvi: 19
3rd Merrac: 15
4th Dracoth: 13
5th Ulfgar: 5 (at least you don't have to delay before moving XD)
That's your total initiative (dex and all). Remember, this is the surprise round so you only get one action (attack or move) and a five-foot step. After this the orcs will roll initiative (if they survive) and their turn(s) will be added to the turn order.

if were supposed to post for each turn then
I SHOOT THE GREATAXE-ORC!!!!!!
if not- then every just stick to the plan.

Yeah, my plan is for everyone to post their actions. In my experience, giving a player actions like a puppet=mutiny. Also, it would be handy if you'd tell me appropriate rolls and modifiers (like hit and damage) so I don't have to spend time looking them up. If you don't know (from inexperience) though, it's ok.
You didn't specify that you were taking a 5 ft step out of cover, and if I had to stop and ask for clarifications like that all the time this game would progress at about 1 turn/day. Anyway, that just means that the orcs have cover relative to you (and vice versa).
*roll* 10+3 to hit. You almost hit him, even without the cover it wouldn't have hit though.
aaaaand here's the map

Everybody figure out what color you are. Be glad I didn't make anyone pink XD I'm gonna make you weird stuff if I get tired of (or find something more amusing than) the dots, so gimme images.

unfortunately, it's not your turn... I'll give the other players some more time to act before I do something (probably say they all delayed to initiative -6 or something)
Just in case you didn't figure it out from my post, the turn order is...
1st Rhonal (took turn)
2nd Hadvi (your turn now)
3rd Merrac
4th Dracoth
5th Ulfga

details are a must. If you just estimate/assume a bunch of stuff you end up with realllllly crappy gameplay. It's really easy to do detail since we're typing anyway.

Ill guess I make a move then. since we are attacking, ill charm the little orc with LVL1 charm person. He will attack the greataxe orc with us.

he's out of range actually. At level 1 charm person only has a range of 25 feet (5 map squares). You could move forward so you can cast it next round (but that's not in the plan and it makes you the only target the orcs have). What would work better is if you take a step out from the corner and shoot at one of them with your bow.
oh yeah...
He will attack the greataxe orc with us.
I need to clarify some spell effects. It's
charm person, not
dominate person. Charm person just makes the target think that you're a trusted friend for one hour. It won't give you a lot of control over the target.

hey guys- its reeeeaaaallllyyyy important that you follow the plans detailed in the 'plans' section. otherwise we get a situation like when i played with my cousin.
she charged around the corner at 12 orcs, (when the plan was to pop out and shoot), got halfway and was shot 3 times, turned around and ran back calling for the rest of the party.
if you have input or ideas on the plan or what we should do, post them in the plans section before we execute the plan. just so you know- i think you missed the post saying to do this.
