Y-Corner Call of Duty 4 Server "BETA" Online!

Y-CORNER CALL OF DUTY 4 SERVER (BETA)
After much planning and with my new Windows Home Server setup complete, the Y-Corner Call of Duty 4 Server is now online! Now Y-Corner members can enjoy a COD 4 server of their own!
With the Y-Corner Call of Duty 4 Server up, I'm hoping to set up some fragging sessions from time to time. It'll especially be useful whenever the next Y-Corner V/LAN Party will be held.
Since this server has been only up for a short time and has not been fully tested to the max, there may be some unusual bugs. If you encounter a bug, please post about it in this thread so that I may look into the issue. If you are having connection problems or are using a blacklisted Call of Duty 4 version, please contact me via PM for specific connection instructions.

CONNECTION INSTRUCTIONS

1.) Make sure that your Call of Duty 4 game is patched to the latest version and matches the server version (listed above).
2.) Run "Call of Duty 4 - Multiplayer Mode".
3.) On the main menu screen, press the "~" (tilda) key. This will open up the console line.
4.) Type in "connect y-corner.game-server.cc:28960".
5.) It will connect to the Y-Corner COD4 server. Once connected, you will be able to play!

MATCH DEFAULTS

Game Mode: Team Deathmatch
Time: 15 Minutes
Maps: All Official Call of Duty 4 Maps (ROTATE)
Weapons: All Official Weapons (NOTE: You must unlock them yourself via leveling and experience in multiplayer matches).
* NOTE: These settings can be changed on request, if you wish to play a different mode or a specific map.

KNOWN ISSUES

* Server is patched to the latest version of Call of Duty 4. Please make sure that
* PunkBuster must be enabled to play on the Y-Corner COD4 Server. This is done to prevent against cheating (lame, but some people do resort to it in online games
).
* At times, PunkBuster may act a little bit funky and might sometimes kick players for no reason. If that happens, just re-connect.
* Since PunkBuster is enabled, it will automatically kick those with black-listed serial keys. You will need to use a legit or a non-blacklisted serial key to play on the Y-Corner COD4 server.
* Since this server has been only up for a short time and has not been fully tested, there may be some unusual bugs. If you encounter a bug, please post it in this thread so that I can work on getting it fixed.

10/10/08: The Y-Corner COD4 Server will be offline this weekend and into mid next week, as I will be moving.
9/27/08: The Y-Corner COD4 Server is now online! Since it is still considered to be BETA, there may be a few bugs. If you encounter a bug while playing on the server, please post about it in this thread.
