Just discovered this, but there was a release of a new Dragon Ball Z animated feature at Jump Super Anime Tour in Japan late last year. This is the first animated DBZ feature in 12 years, ever since Dragon Ball GT ended in 1997 (in Japan). This DBZ special takes place two years after the end of the Kid Buu saga.
