Anyone know where I can buy some equips? I've already been through the store in Geffen, but now I don't know where to get anything else. Or do certain equips come from monsters?

Since you've checked Geffen's NPC, you can't find better gears from NPCs.
Dunno much which are best for wizzy but...Creamy drops slotted Silk Robe, Munaks drop slotted Shoes, Pupa and Thief Bug Egg drops slotted guard, Firelock soldier and Skel Archer drops Apple of Archer.

You can post your current equips at "Jobs of Rune-Midgard" - section, and ask which equips should be good and stuff (just look how others have done it xP).

yes. good stuff to get for wizzards are mainly dex gears (for fast cast speed)
demon named a few already..

ill name you some good stuff you can get
(you can use a database to see who it drops. im to lazy for that)

Headgears:
Apple of arcer (upper. adds +3 dex) nice dex. no defence tough
Ulle's Cap (upper. adds +2 dex, slotted) nice dex, more defence. but expensive.
ganster mask (lower. adds 15% resistance to silence) imo the best lower head gear there is.

Armor:
Silk robe would be nice (3 def, 10 Mdef, slotted)
Coat would also do if you dont have silk.
good card to put in woudl be marc (immumety to frozen status)

Shield:
Guard would do the trick
Valk shield would do it better
card to put in would be thara frogg (30% less dmg from humans)

Shoes:
shoes are good
high quality sandals are a better option. they are the same as the shoes. only add 10 Mdef.

weapon:
Dex survivors rod with drops card.

Mantea:
muffler with a raydic card.
or maybe survivors manteau.

accessary:
2x Zerom gloves. (add +8 dex)

to get this wil take you lot of time and patience.
But this woud be the standard equisp for a wizzard in woe / pvp.

hmm have to disagree on that one.
wingstaff reduce your cat time by 5%
BUT ONCE YOU GET LIKE 120 ~130 DEX 5% = nothing..

also wingstaff is 2 handed if im correct. so that SUCKS
wizzys dont have much HP so a thara shield is a MUST. (30% less dmg)
so with a shield equiped you can only use 1 handed weapon.

and dex rod adds 400 HP, what is very helpfull for a wizzy.
and slotted staff + survivors manteau = 400 hp + 300 HP
meaning you get 700 HP.

if your rod is more then +5, it gives you Matk. (if its +5 Matk = stays the same)

and the revine rate x3 against neutral protperty.
+4 = 12% less dmg from neutral
+7 = 21% less dmg from neutral = better then raydic

so id say.. dex rod > wing staff all the way

well +7 survivors manteau might be a bit expensive
but so is a raydic card imo ;p
