Yep, the XBox 360 controllers work natively with Windows, via the USB connector. The wireless ones also work, if you get the XBox 360 Wireless Adapter for PCs. I use them for emulation and games like Super Street Fighter IV for PC.

TESV Skyrim is looking like it'll be the game of the year. Too bad it won't be out until November.
