Anyone evehttp://r seen heard of the Darwin Awards? [link] It's an organization that gives awards to people who "remove themselves from the gene pool" through extreme stupidity. There are lots of instances of people killing themselves in various moronic ways. A few of them are castrations though...

Just a few of my favorites...
Slaughterhouse Robbery
Fatal Footsie
The Daily Grind

There's also the (in)famous honorable mention, Lawn Chair Larry
