Square-Enix Announces Final Fantasy XIV Online

Square-Enix unveiled at E3 that "Final Fantasy XIV Online" is the mysterious MMORPG game that they have been working on for a while. Final Fantasy XIV Online appears to the be successor to Final Fantasy XI, which was a decently popular MMORPG for PS2, PC, and XBox360.

From the revealed information and the trailer, it appears that most of the selectable races from Final Fantasy XI (Humans, Elves, Tarutarus, Mithra, Galka) will be making an appearance in Final Fantasy XIV as well.
