for what i have see lately, there's a lot of people abusing the upgrade npc, getting even shits to +10 and putting on Shops...(yes, i have seen +10 muffler,+10 shoes AND +10 BUCKLER, for 100 m)

so..that takes to 2 things:

-server is getting worse everyday, the only solution is a fuckin' rollback? ?_?

or...

-a server wipe.................

if they wipe, or something like that..i'm serious..i'm not playing again lol, unless they turn Lr into HR for 1-2 months, lol

its just that elu had droped in price so much,
that all upgraded things are cheaper to make

Not only that, people have been taking advantage of the random disconnects to overgrade stuff. Because of that, the GMs disable upgrading smiths for a short time after the server re-connects.

Now, the upgradeable items, yup, some people use to refine after a DC, it's not going to be wiped, qRo was wiped once, when a Hacker atack, and it's population fall horrible, so, I bet the are not going to make the same mistake
