However, few people I know say FeelRO is pretty good. What do you all think?

Well, since I helped Tarq a bit while searching for servers, I'll tell you what I know about them...
I really checked some top lists and I guess that after excluding all 8000x servers etc, Feel RO, Destina RO and Eternity RO are really best possible options.

Feel RO:
1400+ players (simmilar to Legacy)
50/50/25 (fine with me. MvP items drop rate is only 3x, but its not that bad all in all...)
Maximum lv 99/70
WoE:
No v2 WoE, which actually sucked. 4 times a week, but i guess that the main problem is, that all WoEs are same time (8:00-9:30pm GMT +1) so some people would have problems with coming there IF we will decide to go WoE
Customs:
Healer
Stat & Skill Resetter
Poring Paradise (w/e it might be)
Job Changer
Town & Dungeon Warper
PvP, GvG and special Event arena
And now the worst part - donation items. Some of them are 2 pro for me, but they are rather expensive (25-30$). And I hate the idea of buying commands like @mobinfo, @duel, @sendmail, @showexp, @homstats, @hominfo

I couldn't find any info about custom NPCs either, but donations really look fine. Stable, no +100 to all stats. Just like really cute hat with some def +small stat bonus and sometimes enables using some extra skills.

1300+ players online
7/7/5 rates (o well...)
Max lv 99/70
WoE:
twice a week, on Saturday and Sunday. 1 Payon castle and 2 new castles (v2...)
Customs:
no healer and dungeon warper, no info about job changer... not rly :/
about donations... the system is:
cheaper (15$) head gears that look cute are synthesizable, which means you can mix a donation item with AoA, and have donation item that gives you +3 dex... better headgears are more expensive and cannot be synthesized.
Own Ventrilo serv.

Even though I won't be able to use showexp and other nice commands I'd choose FeelRO. Big server, high rates (Final Exams year, I won't have as much time as I used to have...) and all the custom NPCs... Poll time please?

Why do you think it is small?
Because everyone think that: "Its small, so it sucks. Dont go there"
Thats why Im trying to get people there. So it would get larger.
