As I was gaining some EXP in Geffen Dungeon 3 today, I noticed something strange: my Poring pet was attempting to attack the Apocalypse that was aggro'ed onto me!

Later on, when I was hunting down Zeroms for Zerom Cards, my Poring pet tried to attack a Requiem that was aggro'ed on me:

This was something that I never seen my Poring pet do before in the 30-some levels I had it as my main pet! I was under the impression that the Baphomet Jr. pet was the only one that could attack. It doesn't seem to always attack all the time though. I've been trying to get my pet Poring to attack other monsters, but it hasn't since then. Maybe the new RO patch has something to do with this?
Of course, since Porings are weak, its attacks were useless against strong monsters (since they always miss) but I still found it interesting. Maybe other pets that never attacked monsters before now exhibit this same behavior?

I think your pet might be...well... a little retarded. Why would it attack those monsters - it can't hit them!
Enough of that... it has to be the new patch that allows porings to attack. I used to have on for quite a while and it never attacked anything. I guess I don't mind the patch - it has some decent features
