The shiney reflex has sprained my eyes O.O
Anyway, we have a few computers around here
My parent's PC
This is all the interesting stuff I could get out of that DxDiag thing
My PC ^___^
It ended up exactly like I listed in the help thread
Processor: AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ (3.0 GHz)
Processor type: Dual Core
RAM: 2.0 GiB
Graphics Card: ATI Radeon HD 3850 265MB
OS: Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy Heron, 64-Bit
Then like you, we have an ancient laptop sitting in the closet. It has a cracked motherboard and a tendency to not work right so I have no clue what the specs are. My parents seem to think they're going to get it fixed some day...

From working on/cleaning it I also know the motherboard is a Foxcon and it uses only integrated sound and video. It's something like 5 years old and they got it from a manufacturer called Velocity.Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.00GHz (2 CPUs)
Memory: 1504MB RAM

Cool. I guessing the 2700+ & the 2600+ are AMD Athlon XP or Sempron processors, given the '+' ratings. We have 6 computers
