For those that have an nVIDIA video card, you might want to check out some real-time 3D demos that nVIDIA has released over the years. nVIDIA showcases a new 3D real-time demo every time it launches a new GeForce series. Unlike CGI pre-rendered movies, these demos are rendered in real-time, making them even more impressive. Some of the really impressive ones are the "nVIDIA babes" demos, particularly the Dawn, Dusk, Nalu, Luna, Adrienne, and Medusa demos.
(NOTE: In order to run them, you must have a GeForce series video card that meet or exceed the card requirements of the 3D tech. demo. For example, a GeForce 9800 GTX card can run all of the older 256/2/3/4/FX/6/7/8 3D demos, but a GeForce 6 series card cannot run the Adrianne demo, a GeForce 8 demo.)
