Hmm...
People just aint so active after qRO went down.
I am bored because I hate lvling and now I should make my chars again.
I had 6 freaking adv class chars (nearly 8) >.<
And I dont like this rebirth thingy. (I know why its important but still I dont like it).
I dont think that we can do anything to make people active.
Only way to make these forums active is to recruit more people and ask them to use forums.
And we should make them feel welcome so they should talk as much as we do.
I remember when I was noob in the guild, I didnt talk much because I didnt know ya guys so well.
To recruit people we must:
- lvl the guild (I think that we have much room for new people soon)
- start woeing (not in other guild dammit. WITH OUT GUILD!)
Ok. Now I tell why I havent been active:
I have been playing WoW
I dunno when I play RO again. atm... Im just too bored to lvling...

There are a few methods to get the forums more active again:is it me or is the forum less active lately?
maybe there is a way to get it more active again?
lets STAFF discus.. =D
1.) Encourage people from LRO guild(s) to post here on Y-Corner.
- Try to encourage people (particularly new members) in the LRO guild to register for the forums. You will have to create an incentive for them to do so, however. You could create a forum game like "20 Questions" and tell people in the guild to sign up on the board and participate. Make the reward like 1-5 million zeny, or something. Smo did this twice, one in 2005 and one last year. Another thing that is important is that the guild itself must be active enough for people to get interested in posting.
2.) Attract non-qRO/LRO people to the forums.
- If you want to attract non qRO/LRO people to register and post on the forums, "word of mouth" is key. Introduce your non-qRO/LRO friends to Y-Corner. I have also submitted Y-Corner on all major search engines (i.e. Google, Yahoo!, Live!, Ask.com, etc.), so that people can find Y-Corner. You can already find Y-Corner on Google. Of course, there's a risk of attracting ad-bots/trollers/flamers/weirdos to the forums, but we can always ban them if they violate too many forum rules.
3.) Host a forum for a guild/clan from another game/server.
- Besides LRO, Y-Corner can host forums for other clans/guilds from other online games, like WoW or Guild Wars. If you play in a guild/clan on another online game and they don't already have a forum of their own, you could ask the guild leader if they need a place to post information and have them encourage their members to register and post here.
These are just some ideas that we could try to do to get the forums more active.
