Well folks, with the qRO server finally back on track (hopefully) and the DDoS and rollback issues behind us, it's that time again for recruiting!
It seems that a lot of the general qRO population has left, due to the DDoS and rollback problems, so we need to recruit new members to fill up those slots of inactive members. For those that were present at the last WoE, the lack of active WoE members is a serious problem for us.
With this in mind, I have given all members of Sniping Twins recruiting permissions, so if you see someone that is WoE capable and is willing to join a guild, recruit them! Just remember: show some manners and be polite when recruiting new members.
