Ok, I would like all of you to hear me out before yelling =D. YES it IS about iRO, but still please just hear me out on what I would like to say.
Firstly, our current situation isn't great. Each one is playing different game/different server. We have lost all that we had as a guild only a year ago. And I don't even want to start comparing with what we had in qRO.
This is a very simple proposal. How would all of you like to start afresh on iRO? Yes, I know initial reaction will be "no way!! 1x rates ftl" etc etc. But, there are many positives to this.

Why joining iRO is good?
1. Pretty obviously, being an official server and all that, we will have character security. It WILL not wipe in the near future, not until Ragnarok as a game dies completely anyway. This means, even a year from now, if you are so inclined you will still have your old character to fool around with.

2. WoE being as it is in iRO (I have seen some videos) is very similar to qRO style of WoE. There is a very high chance of us getting a castle since EVERY SINGLE CASTLE is open. Also, as me and demon (I showed him) have seen, some players are pretty much playing the game for the first time, making it even more easy for us.

3. Since it is pretty much impossible to rush to trans 99/+7s etc, we cannot do that. That would mean, leveling can be done at a slow pace. Infact, we can party to level up all the way and it will actually be worth it. On higher rates, its usually much better to level on your own, but here partying is almost a necessity.

4. I don't know know how many of you feel this way, but to me, playing the official server is special.

Why joining iRO is bad?
Having played a bit of iRO there are some disadvantages I have seen.

1. Naturally topping the list would be the rates. 1x rates IS slow. It WILL take you a bit of time to transcend. However, on the positive side, there are precious few trans classes on the server. However, playing the game as I did never made me feel bored or anything, cause the day I started I was in a 15-man party walking from Morroc to Prontera dodging desert wolves ;P

2. There is lag for me on iRO except at certain times. Some people I have spoken to in-game do not experience it, but when demon tried it he experienced it too. I'm not sure if its just the bad time or anything.

3. There are some really GOOD guilds on iRO. For example the guild called "Valkyrie" owns 13 castles out of 30 currently and done many of the major MvPs without even transcending.

Please take your time to read through this, THEN reply. I DID have fun restarting on iRO, playing RO the "official way". I think some of you would have fun too. It is also a great chance for us to play together again.

Also, for those who think it will be "impossible to level/make money" on 1x rates, I am providing a link to a journal. It shows how someone starting afresh makes a 60+ character with a decent amount of money within 22 hours.

If people are actually interested, I will restart play from December 4th, when my exams end. I really want to play iRO, but playing by myself is a bore. Thats why I hope all of you can play too =D

Official is always good, everything works, hardly any DCs, lag and stuff like that. I wanan play it, BUT I don't wanna get 2-3lvls in one day and all the gear/card hunting ._. I might play if enough ppl wants to play it, so we can make big parties, not just 2-3 man parties which are boring.

i agree with demon. it wil be an hard game to play on 1x rates.
also we'd al have to focus.. realy realy focus on 1 character only @.@

The lack of trans-class characters and fun WoE is what gets me. I just don't have the time for video games now D=

few reasons i dont wanna start Iro
1x rates = taking a lifetime <.<
too many people *you dont want too many people sure more epic battles but your never get to see a MPV if its as crowded as i think it is and less enemys ot kill in dungeons
got 360 working so rather do that

Why? Isn't the point of the game to enjoy what we are doing anyway? I mean, in the end whats the use of rushing to trans and +7s if we don't enjoy it? We will end up losing interest quickly anyway. Like, in qRO the guild was playing for 3 years, and didn't lose interest? If you think it will be repetitive, trust me, iRO is way different than the RO you are used to!
