Queen Elizabeth II of England Scolds Italian PM Berlusconi

Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi recently got scolded by Queen Elizabeth II at the G20 summit. He shouted out to U.S. President Obama loudly, in which Queen Elizabeth responded by saying "What is it? Why does he need to shout?"
