Happy Holidays 2007!
Happy Holidays! I'd send you all a cookie, but that would require a lot of addresses and postage and stuff. I 'm also not sure what condition it would be in whenever it reached you all, so I'll just do this instead ^__^

(my mom's recipe card)
These are amazingly awesome cookies. I hope some of you try them. A few quick tips to make them even easier than they already are.
-A mixing bowl and a large wooden spoon are good for this. The dough and the initial filling mix are very thick.
-Small balls (about 1 inch across) make good sized cookies. The more precise you are, the easier the sandwich making will be.
-This makes a large batch, but it's easy to make a half recipe
-The filling mix is difficult to begin with, but gets easier after you add the powdered sugar. Letting the cheese and butter warm up to room temp. first helps (no microwave though).
There you go, have a holiday cookie from me.*
p.s. Sorry to you guys in India, but it has eggs =/ Seems like all my best desserts do.
*Some effort may be required

Don't worry, we do eat eggs, even if we are vegetarians. Atleast, I do
