Sigh... qRO is having so many problems lately. 1st the DDoS attacks, 2nd the ISP switch, and now 3rd, ISP lag issues...
With all these problems plaguing qRO these days, I bet more than a 1/2 of qRO's population quit and switched to a different RO server (that doesn't have problems).
