The demo for Dragon Quest Monsters: The Withered World is now available on Nintendo eShop, Steam, the PlayStation Store, and the Xbox Store. Progress made in the demo can be transferred to the full game when it launches on December 3, 2026.

To coincide with the demo’s release, Synthesis Compendium has been updated to version 1.03, adding support for the monsters and synthesis recipes currently available in The Withered World demo.

Synthesis Compendium now includes all known monsters and synthesis recipes currently documented for the demo. The app will continue to receive updates as additional monsters and recipes are discovered, as well as following the release of the full game in December.

- Fixed alignment issues affecting Gaspar on the Gate screen across various devices, including foldable phones.

- Fixed an issue on foldable devices that caused the music on the Boss List screen to restart after folding or unfolding the device.

- Fixed an issue that caused the cancel sound effect to play when selecting a map.
